This 2012 Ford Transit has been converted into a practical, high-quality camper while retaining one of its biggest advantages: flexibility.

Unlike most camper conversions, the interior is modular. The bed and kitchen are mounted using heavy-duty lorry rails and steel connectors, allowing them to be removed easily whenever extra cargo space is needed. Whether you want a camper, a work van, a surf van, or a vehicle capable of transporting motorcycles or bicycles, this setup adapts to your needs.

The van has 181,272 km and is powered by the reliable 2.2 TDCi diesel engine.

It drives well, has plenty of power, and recently passed the Belgian technical inspection.

The vehicle is registered as a commercial van, not a a camper.

Mechanical condition

The engine starts easily, runs well, and pulls strongly.

The gearbox operates normally in all gears except 5th gear, which is currently unavailable. I have continued using the van by shifting directly from 4th to 6th, something the engine handles comfortably thanks to its torque. My mechanic advised that immediate repair was not necessary, so I have left it as is. I'd rather be completely transparent about this than hide it from potential buyers, and the asking price reflects this.
