Informações importantes sobre o estado:

O preço já foi significativamente reduzido porque preciso do dinheiro a curto prazo. Além disso, o preço foi novamente reduzido em 2.500 €, porque ainda existem algumas pequenas reparações a serem feitas e, neste momento, não tenho tempo nem capacidade para tratar disso.

O novo proprietário deve estar ciente de que os seguintes pontos ainda precisam de ser resolvidos:

1- O frigorífico deixou recentemente de ligar e precisa de reparação.

2- A sanita com descarga não está atualmente a receber eletricidade.

3- O rádio liga, mas não sai som.

4- O toldo funciona basicamente sem problemas, mas deve ser reajustado.

Por estes pontos, o preço já foi reduzido de forma correspondente.

Important condition notes:

The new owner should be aware that the following points still need to be addressed:

1-The refrigerator has recently stopped switching on and needs to be repaired.
